IMMERSION WEEK-END
I invite you to immerse yourself in the world of sound therapy and Alchemy crystal bowls during a weekend out of time. Created for therapists and practitioners of all kinds, this course will cover a wide range of topics, from theory to practice, and will give you the foundation you need to confidently introduce the art of Sound to your work. It will be possible to play and purchase the Alchemy crystal bowls provided – the purchase of a bowl is not compulsory to participate.
Content
During this training, we will explore:
- History and basics of sound therapy
- Introduction to Alchemy Crystal Bowls and their special features
- Crystals, metals and materials used in the manufacture of bowls
- Contemporary scientific discoveries about sound and frequencies
- How to play a bowl: demonstration, practice, exercises
- Effects on the physical, emotional and mental levels
- Working with intention
- Energy hygiene
- Guided meditations and sound
- Using bowls as a complement to other therapeutic approaches
- Using bowls in individual and group sessions
- How to play several bowls
- How to create sets
- The different frequencies and their effects
- Keys to good recording and online sessions
- Maintenance and transport
This training is limited to 3 participants to encourage exchanges, practice and quality of sharing.
