If you wish to learn how to use a crystal bowl for your personal or professional practice, join me for an afternoon of discovery. During this interactive workshop we will address the basics of sound therapy, accompanied by demonstrations & practical exercises. It will be possible to play with the Alchemy crystal bowls provided and acquire them if you meet one that resonates – the purchase of a bowl is not mandatory to participate.

During this workshop, we will explore :

• History & basics of sound therapy
• Demonstration, practice, exercises
• Contemporary scientific research on sound and vibration
• Presentation of the Alchemy crystal bowls & their specificities
• Effects on the physical, emotional, mental & quantum levels
• Energetic protocols to play for oneself/others
• Daily energy hygiene – examples of meditations & exercises
• The place of intention
• Using the bowls in individual & group sessions
• Maintenance & transportation

The workshop is limited to 3 participants in order to encourage exchanges, the quality of sharing and practice.

For those who wish to learn more about the art of sound, the basics of sound therapy, and the Crystal Bowls in particular. It is not necessary to have crystal bowls to participate.
