JOURNEY FROM BODY TO SOUL – INTUITIVE DANCE & SOUND BATH
Join us for a morning of sound, freedom and movement – Journey from Body to Soul, is a collaboration between Mary-Noëlle & Joyah!
We invite you to experience a morning illuminated by the joy of movement, the joy of letting ourselves be carried along by the fluid movements of our bodies, of letting the music and sound of the crystal bowls flow through us, and of feeling our cells alive and wriggling!
We’ll start the morning with Mary-Noëlle’s guidance for the day, then let the music lead us into an intuitive, flowing dance. Then a long Sound Bath with crystal bowls will make our cells dance and allow us to rest our bodies, letting them integrate these energy movements. And finally, we’ll close the workshop with an oracle drawing, channeled personal messages, followed by a moment of sharing and a seasonal herbal tea.

Cancellation policy
Up to 8 days before the workshop – reimbursement of the event price, after deduction of a fixed fee of CHF 10.-
Less than 8 days before the workshop – the registration fee will be retained, unless the place is resold to another person.
A minimum of 5 participants is required for the workshop to take place.
Mary-Noëlle
Guide, messenger and holistic therapist – Mary Noëlle created Les Mots du Cœur in 2020 and Florescence, voyage au cœur de soi (retreats for women) in 2022. She accompanies and offers caring spaces for every being wishing to follow their heart, (re)connect to their inner self and be « self-loving ». Through a variety of practices, guided by the subtle world, she simply invites every being to connect with their own light, to let themselves be in their uniqueness, and to develop the energy of Love and joy that lies within everyone.
