SOUND HEALING SESSION — in person & online
On the occasion of the Equinox, let’s gather to cleanse, harmonize, and ground our energy, allowing us to transition into the new season with gentleness.
We will discuss the energies of the Equinox and how we can benefit from its unique vibrations. This will be followed by a guided meditation. You will then receive a collective energy healing session and a Sound Bath with Alchemy bowls. We will conclude with a moment of sharing.
Details of the event
To prepare for the session: Bring something to take notes so you can keep a record of your experience.
What to bring: A water bottle.
For online participants
Choose a comfortable place where you won’t be disturbed during the session.
You will receive the Zoom link approximately one hour before the session.
Online participants will receive an AUDIO recording of the session.
