It is with pure gratitude and great joy that I share my experience in Initiation workshops and in my online training In the Heart of Crystal Sound. My desire is to synthesize the available information on Sound Medicine (history, science, energetics…) in a broad sense, and to make this content alive, practical and tangible.
I also share with you my personal experience rich in testimonies and anecdotes accumulated during the last six years of practice during which I have offered group, private and individual Sound Baths in Los Angeles, then in the French part of Switzerland, at a frequency of three or four events per week.
We are only at the beginning of our sound adventure. Frequency medicine is vast and exciting, it represents the future (and the present) of medicine.
This medicine is above all an experience, not a belief.
I offer to be your guide, during a workshop or an online training, towards a holistic understanding of sound, through a theoretical approach, a practical experience and a concrete application, so that you can in turn do yourself good and share this well-being around you.
INITIATION
The Crystal Bowls Initiation workshop lasts one afternoon. It is offered about once a month in a semi-private setting, as it is limited to 3 participants.
This time allows you to discover and explore Sound Medicine and the Alchemy Crystal Bowls in particular, by playing and listening to the bowls available on site.
At the end of this workshop, you will have a better idea of the effects of Sound on our body and on our environment, as well as the specificities of the Alchemy bowls.
IMMERSIVE TRAINING
The immersive online training In the Heart of Crystal Sound lasts 9 weeks and is offered twice a year, in the spring and fall. It is given in French.
This training takes you on a journey through the world of Sound, a journey that accompanies you in activating ancient memories and knowledge, in a subtle sensory experience of sound frequencies.
At the end of this journey, you will have integrated many sound experiences in your body, and have the tools to confidently share individual and group Sound Baths with crystal bowls.
